to CC and Tara Frye, who
are back for summer

Congratulations to Katie
Fleenor on the purchase of
River Gent! Katie and River
were love at first sight, and
we've already had great
reports on how he's doing
at his new home, where he
goes by the name of "Finn"
(as in Huck Finn). River
Gent has a great home and
we hope to see him at the
shows!
Jump Building Weekend at
Sorrows End Farm!! Apr. 10
and 11.
Sorrows End would like to
thank the crew of students
and friends who showed up
to work on the cross
country course! Armed with
chainsaws, posthole
diggers, and a tractor, 15
volunteers built 12 new
jumps, for a total of more
than 20 jumps in the
course. Already, we are
having lots of fun
schooling the new fences,
which include a ditch,
several banks, several
combination jumps, coops,
oxers and more.

HORSES FOR SALE
**All horses for sale are current on vaccinations, worming, farrier and
coggins. All Sorrows End-owned horses are registered and papers are
available.
"River Gent" SOLD!!!
Sorrows End also usually has several clients' horses in training that are available for sale. Contact us
with inquiries. We also currently offer two horses for lease. Visit our residents page: Brandy and Jay-J are
available for lease. Leasing at Sorrows End is a wonderful alternative to owning your own horse - great for
first-time 'owners' or riders who can't afford to buy a horse, but want that experience of having their own horse.
Please contact Laura Mondul for more information.
Jay-J is a very cute 8-year-old registered Quarter Horse pony,
14.1 hands on the stick. Jay-J has been there, done that. She
has shown, evented, foxhunted - you name it. She is a great
jumper, "point and click" to the fences, finds her own distance,
no problems making striding down the lines, and never stops
or refuses. She is quiet, bombproof, and kid safe -- nothing
bothers her. Lots of fun to ride, but very safe and knows her job.
Great large pony for a kid, young adult or smaller adult rider.
Perfect for jumpers, foxhunting, eventing, or just a great
all-around pony -- would be great for Pony Club. Trail ride one
day, showing the next. No vices, ready to go -- you can even ride
bareback in a halter and leadrope! Easy keeper, great feet -
schooling and showing barefoot. Currently pinning in the top 3
places at jumper and dressage shows!
**Price reduced! $3,500

"Faith" SOLD! 9-1-11
Owned by Crystal Ratliff, Faith is a beautiful 5-year-old
registered Thoroughbred mare (registered name True
Buckskin Halo). Her unusual coloring just adds to the flash of
this lovely mare -- she is a very nice mover. Faith has a
wonderful disposition; she is a very sweet and calm natured
horse who wants to please. She is very smart and willing. She
is an easy keeper -- she is in fact a little chubby right now and is
now getting back into work to help trim her down. She has been
working on the lungeline in tack, and soon will start under
saddle work. Faith has settled right into work after being on
pasture for awhile and has handled all of her lessons like a
pro. This girl is going to be a really nice horse -- she is a
fantastic hunter prospect, or could do any discipline you want!
**$3,000. SOLD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
